Questionable Content

Questionable Content is an internet comic strip about friendship, romance, and robots. The world of QC is set in the present day and is pretty much the same as their own, except there are robots all over the place, and a pandemic didn’t ravage giant space stations and the United States in 2020 and…okay, so there are some differences.

But it’s not too far off!!! Anyway, it’s set in Northampton, Massachusetts, and follows best buddies Marten and Faye as they navigate life, make friends and forge relationships, and there is some robot smoochin’ later on. If the giant archive of comics intimidates you, don’t worry- you can pretty much jump in anywhere and have a general idea of what’s going on in a dozen strips or so.

Comics Price Guide

Now located in downtown Indianapolis, Comics Price Guide is comprised of a team of passionate comic book enthusiasts, who are just as passionate about technology. It started in 1995 as a tribute to the memory of Tim Beck, a close childhood friend of founder Bryan Neely, who unfortunately passed away from complications due to leukemia at the age of 25.

From the early days of their friendship, they were both focused on the world of comic reading and collecting. Their entire world revolved around this hobby. It didn’t stop even while Bryan was going to college. At Ball State University, Bryan created the very first precursor of the Comics Price Guide. Initially, it was named MarvelWorld and featured only data and related information exclusively on Marvel Comics.

While poking a bit of fun at some of the more highly revered comic book websites, they’ve decided it’s time to respond to either their boring ‘unbiased’ reporting with something a bit more nuanced and exciting or respond to their decidedly progressive liberal politics with opinions from the libertarian and closer to the right side of the aisle.

Their mission is to be an alternative source for comic book news, reviews, and all-things geek-culture as well as the farce, folly, and fiascoes surrounding them. This may even include pushing back against what we deem as creeping political propaganda, or calling-out cringe-worthy, virtue-signaling that is becoming more and more prevalent in the market and the medium these days.
