User Agreement
This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you (“You”) and Blogging.org. In this Agreement, “We” or “Us” refers to Blogging.org, its owner, and agents. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions applicable to your access and use of Blogging.org (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to be contractually bound by the terms of this agreement, including any modifications that we may make. You also consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy available below.

Limitation of Liability
Your use of the website is entirely at your own risk. Under no circumstances will Blogging.org or its associates be liable to you for damages or losses resulting from your use of, misuse of, or reliance on the site, or on the website content, including without limitation on breach of contract, negligence, gross negligence, and including viruses, data corruption, failed messages, damages arising as a result of transmission errors or issues, telecommunications service providers, Blogging.org contractors, the Internet backbone, third-party suppliers of products or services, damages or losses caused by you or your respective employees, agents, or subcontractors, or any events beyond the reasonable control of Blogging.org.

Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that any and all information, content, comments, reports, data, graphics, interfaces, web pages, text, files, software, product names, company names, trademarks, logos, and trade names contained on Blogging.org (collectively the “Content”), including the manner in which the Content is presented or appears and all information relating thereto, are the property of their respective owners as indicated, Blogging.org, or its licensors, as the case may be. All use of the Content or Website Design shall be in accordance with such rights and the terms of this Agreement.
Except as may be explicitly permitted through Blogging.org, you agree not to save, download, cut and paste, sell, license, rent, lease, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from materials, code or content on or from Blogging.org. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from Blogging.org to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without written permission from Blogging.org is prohibited.
Sourcing of Images
All images used on Blogging.org are sourced, licensed, and/or provide all necessary source information. We respect intellectual property rights and strive to ensure that all images used on our website comply with copyright laws.
Amendment and Waivers
Blogging.org reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend this Agreement at any time by posting amendments on the Site. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the amendments on the Site, and you are deemed to be aware of such amendments. If you do not agree to the amended terms and conditions, you shall immediately stop using the Site. Access to the Site or use of the Site after any amendments have been posted shall constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the amended terms and conditions. No supplement, modification, or amendment to this Agreement and no waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding on Blogging.org unless signed by Blogging.org in writing. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision (whether or not similar) nor shall such waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to Blogging.org shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
FTC Disclosure Requirements
Blogging.org will always offer unbiased editorials. However, we wish to disclose that (i) we may receive free products from marketers that we sometimes review or discuss in our editorials, and (ii) we may run advertisements on our sites concerning some of those products or companies that sell them (and other products sold by such companies) for which we sometimes receive compensation.
Blogging.org writers may be compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites, and various other topics. Even though we may receive compensation for our posts or advertisements, we always give our honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products.
