One of the most iconic events in Lakers History was the 1971-72 season, when the Lakers won 33 consecutive games. The streak is considered an “invisible” one in NBA history. The team has also won a record six NBA Finals, including three in a row in 1971-72.
In 1968, Magic Johnson’s presence in the team’s roster allowed the Lakers to reach the playoffs.
